Direct mail is targeted, personal, flexible and more affordable than ever! Save time and money by allowing PrintFirm, Inc. to print, address and mail your product right to your customers.

Mailing List Formats
PrintFirm, Inc. accepts the following mailing list formats:
- Excel files (.xls)
- Comma delimited (.csv)
- Tab delimited/Text files (.txt)
- DBF Files (.dbf)
* All fields must be limited to a maximum of 40 characters.
* Cancellation fees will apply.
* Postage may not be refunded once your print job has been mailed.
* Actual postage determined after mailing list run. Actual postage will be paid separately.
* Note: You may also choose to use our Mailing List Template.
*Customers are also responsible for any and all addititional later assessed postage fees to PrintFirm, Inc. by The United States Postal Service, within a reasonable time, with respect to any particular mailing job.
* Due to the nature of only charging the exact postage for your mailing if a credit card is used for the postage there will be a 3% upcharge, this is for the credit card charge fee that we incur when charging for your postage. If payed by check or cash, no such fee will apply. |
